Haddon’s Baptism

October 4, 2011 — 2 Comments

As a parent, I can’t think of many things worth celebrating more than the salvation of your children. I have been blessed to see my kids grow in both understanding and embracing the gospel. A month ago, I was honored to baptize my middle child Haddon before my local church. In our congregation’s tradition, we ask those coming for baptism to share their story of how they came to Christ and how they are growing in him. Listen, enjoy and rejoice in the fact that, by the grace of his Holy Spirit, God “drawled” my son to Christ. 😉

  1. Awwwwwww. Thanks for sharing!

  2. I am now turning 50… I remember the day God called me ( aug 23 1971), I also remember the day I was Baptised (feb 13 1972); like it was yesterday! Have I always been true to my faith; far from it at times. Has God always been faithful to me, Yep….
