Take that, Spock!

I was born in 1971. I grew up watching the Star Wars original trilogy throughout my childhood. I still think “A New Hope” (what we all know as simply the movie “Star Wars”) is the greatest flick of all time. I had as many Star Wars cars, action figures, shirts, etc. as I could humanly obtain. Needless to say, I’m a huge Star Wars fan and proud to say my kids are the same. Like me, they are growing up watching the series (thanks Lucas for another three flicks during their childhood years) and understanding one great truth:

When it comes to Star Wars versus Star Trek there is no comparison, SW destroys ST every time!

LITERALLY…

  1. My older brother was also born in 1971, so I grew up watching Star Wars! He has 4 sons and they have also been properly indoctrinated. 😉 While I can enjoy and appreciate Star Trek, my true allegience lies with Star Wars. The force runs strong in my family. 😉

    Thanks for the vid!

  2. I was born in 71 too and I’m not sure if I should admit this or not, but I didn’t see any of the Star Wars moves until THIS year. And I’ve never seen anything Star Trek, but I’ve always known SW was better than ST.

  3. In a paraphrase of your Han Solo: “Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good phaser at your side”

  4. Star Wars is fantasy!!! Star Trek is possibilities!!

I may have to look for a new church!!!!

  5. No, no, no CPAW – have you noticed that although Star Wars was in a galaxy far, far away, there weapons and technology are far superior to the Star Trek of the future. The Death Star is gonna blow your planet up!
